A word from Jane
I trained as an accountant with a Central London firm. After qualification I worked for a few smaller firms (collecting the tax adviser qualification along the way) before leaving in 2000 to concentrate on Spencer-Davis & Co.
I’ve always been interested in classical music and hence we specialise in the accountancy and taxation affairs of the entertainment industry and classical musicians in particular. But we have clients from a variety of other backgrounds too from builders to retail.
When I’m not waving my magic wand over clients’ tax returns or being a taxi, cashpoint and embarrassment to my grown up children, I play the viola in Kensington Symphony Orchestra and sing in my church choir.
